Happy me after learning AMAL TOTKAY!

1. How did you find the five tips?

I find these tips really helpful because sometimes we get stuck in such an awkward situation where we feel like no body will come to help us out. I those times we must have a positive attitude to see good in everything and keep moving forward in life because life never stops for someone and neither it waits.

2. What are the takeaways?

The key takeaways from these totkays are to change the way you perceive and see any problem because the way we see a problem can actually be a problem. If we see it as a big task that cannot be achieved, we are subconsciously telling ourselves that this is difficult. We need to get rid of that approach and get out of our comfort zone. We need to move out and see how things work outside books and movies. Spending some time with yourself in assessing and evaluating what we have done so far in the whole day to achieve our goals. We should never feel shy in asking people for help, but at the same time do take care who will listen to our problems instead of making fun.

3. What is my favorite tip?

My favorite tip is getting out of my comfort zone because of this quote:

‘Heights of great men; achieved and kept were not attained by a single flight, while they when their companions slept were toiling upwards in the night.’

4. How have you started implementing already?

Well! I am more of a self-taught person So; I have learned these tips before and have started implementing them too. I have adopted a book reading habit to spend my time more productively during the quarantine. I have started to keep myself busy in physical activities to make sure my health and fitness is perfectly fine.

5. What can I do to develop a growth mindset starting from today?

In order to develop a growth mindset, I can try to be more open-minded towards opinions, I can learn more and more skills with a viewpoint of learning and enhancing my knowledge. I can be a more effective MVTP if I take negative feedback as constructive criticism and a source of improving myself.
