Why these motivational speakers always used to start their conversation with that I started my restaurant with one rice? lol! Are you tired of listening to such a temporary motivational video that yields no result in long run? Are you sick of those motivational speakers sharing their past struggle in one line while comparing it with the wealth they have today? Well! I got your confusion and I am here to provide you with a How-to guide rather than a Bragg-to guide.

I am going to work on those goals with a “SMART” approach:

Goal No 1: I want to become an influencer, mentor, coach and a career counsellor because I feel like this is the area that is most ignored in our educational institutions. Young students are the future of any country and they must be provided with appropriate guidance just like AMAL academy is giving us an opportunity to discover our hidden potentials and make use of it in an effective way. Here’s a detailed insight into how I am going to do it.

So, this is not a random shot in the air that I have written above but I have actually started working on it to make an impact on society and play my role if Allah Almighty has blessed me with any knowledge or piece of information. Goal No 1 on its way

Application of Goal no: 1

I started this blog in June 2020, I was on summer break and I thought why not work on something that proves fruitful for people out there seeking professional help. therefore, I made this page and my prime goal was to help people, inculcate some sense into them about how to chose your career. I was consistent but then after summer break regular online classes hooked me up and I was unable to give proper dedicated time to it. Unfortunately, my goal left unattended and now I am going to work on it now smartly.

Task No: 1 I will make 10 pieces of content in the upcoming weak and will try to engage my audience and revive my blog.

Task No: 2 I will surely be active on stories to see how my audience is responding to the content and what kind of specific content they want to see.

Task No: 3 From now onwards, I have dedicated special time at the end of every weekend to work on this goal and stay consistent.

Key Learnings from Goal No: 1

I learned how Instagram blogs work and how do we market them using proper hashtags and by following the Instagram algorithm. Moreover, it brought me a sense of accomplishment that yes there are people out there who are in dire need of help and I might be a source of light for them. I got to level up my designing game as everything designed on this page was done by me and written by me after spending hours and hours on it.

Goal No: 2 This goal of is related to maintain my health physically as well as mentally. I want to work on my physical health because I have been a victim of typhoid back in 2016 and 2017. Still, I get sick on and off because of weakness and I am unable to maintain my health. Mentally, I want to be strong and unbothered by whatever challenges come my way, I want to stand up and ace it.

As every one of us has heard that health is wealth. but who knows the worth of health unless he/she gets sick. I am not kidding, I mean it, nobody can have an idea how blessed they are if they are in good health.

Goal no: 2 to be accomplished soon

Application of Goal no 2: For my physical health, I am going to take my multivitamins on daily basis after every morning. I will have a proper diet plan to fix the weakness and any kind of body aches I go through on and off. I will eat healthily; milk, dates, fruits(oranges, banana, apple), fresh juices and dry fruits(almonds, walnuts) are going to be my go-to snacks apart from regular meals. I am going to engage myself in some physical activities; playing badminton at home, do some stretching etc. I aim to follow all this for at least 2–3 months to see results.

When it comes to mental health, I always try to reduce my screen time for using social media applications. I try to keep myself busy in house chores; having a heart to heart conversation with my mother, tease my siblings etc. Sometimes, I go for a walk at night. sometimes I also plan to do yoga at least for 10 mins a day and I have decided time after 11 P.M from my whole day. I try to read books so that I don’t get to think anything that brings me a fear of insecurity about the future. I am in an utter need to fix my sleeping patterns and because of the workload, I am a sleep-deprived individual getting sick day by day. COVID has badly affected my mental health and these are some ways I devised for myself to help myself because Nobody else is going to do it for me. I have to and I will with the help of Almighty Allah.

Key Learnings from Goal No: 2 Someone has rightly said, sufferings teach you a plethora of lessons and same is the case with me. I have now somehow accepted the fact that yes people do get sick and it takes time to heal everything; nothing happens overnight. you just need to be resilient and kind towards yourself. Your health is a blessing please take care of it.
