Food! Wedding! Pictures! COVID! Sops! Now that I have grabbed your attention let me take you to my room. I am the kind of person who is extremely organized, punctual, and committed to her work. So, this basic safai ka keera is an innate thing in my genes from my mother as she wants annual safaiyan at the end of every week. Sounds funny right? Basically, I don’t have much to fix in my room other than an aesthetic interior and wall hangings and I am working to design it. I want to improve the surroundings that constantly push me to do better every day. I want myself a constant reminder that this your task for today and you are going to do it in the best possible way.

So, let’s have a look at my room ( 18–12–20, 3 P.M)

Before

As you can see that everything is intact but my blanket, because I got up late, I had to attend the class at 9 A.M and I woke up at 9.30 A.M. Ran downstairs in a hurry as my laptop was downstairs and just joined the class without even washing my face. So, yeah this is before the story begins. What I improved is definitely worth reading so stay tuned.

After

Found any difference? Spot it and let me know in the comments section below.

I had nothing to fix as my room is always neat, clean, and tidy all the time. but as you must have read that there is always room for improvement. I went a step forward and tried to think that how can my room help me in managing my daily tasks as you all know that covid has made life so much difficult and it's very hard to manage classes, assignments, projects, and amal activities. So I found a solution and committed myself to follow it religiously. Here it is have a look!

Improvement No: 1 I made a table on chart paper and pasted it on the wall. I wrote everything on it that I am ought to do in the next week or after next week. I mentioned specifically and planned beforehand so that I might not end up getting frustrated and fighting with myself that I am so bad at managing things.

Improvement No: 2 I am a book reading freak and I am so deeply indulged in reading books that I get offended when someone disturbs me during my book reading time. Do you have any idea that the person who is book reading freak, how would he behave if he/she don’t get time to read books as he/she used to. Well! You found the one here. It's me! But trust me I have controlled my emotions from the past few weeks for not getting enough time to read but now I have planned to read 1 or 2 pages on daily basis before going to sleep to maintain my book reading habit.

Importance of this task: I find this task as an incredible initiative to cope up with the upcoming week of loaded assignments and it gave me a feeling of self-accomplishment and it was also a kind of motivation for me that if I divide these tasks and try to complete those in a given timeframe I can definitely be more productive. I would have thought of it but this amal activity gave me chance to do it time and save my life. It's just been a day and I hope that these improvements can help me out. Finger’s crossed!! Hope for the best and keep working on yourself.
